How do I cancel my subscription?
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Featherly.
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Featherly.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
I paid but don't have Plus
In the app, open the Featherly Plus screen (from Settings) and tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom, signed in with the same Apple/Google account used to subscribe.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Turn on Apple Health / Health Connect in Featherly (Settings → Connected apps): your weigh-ins are written there. On the new phone, connect again and Featherly imports your history.
Health Connect shows "update needed" or no permissions (Android)
Update Health Connect from Google Play, then uninstall and reinstall Featherly and connect again.
How do I delete my data?
Featherly has no account: your data is only on your phone. Uninstall the app to delete it. Weigh-ins written to Apple Health / Health Connect are deleted from those apps. For analytics data, email contact@raphew.dev.
